Who Are we looking for?
Our Fellows will be full time teachers in Government Schools of Manipur. They will also be full time learners, researchers, trainers, community mobilizers and all else that their children will require them to be. We value diversity, a thirst for learning and individuals who will build self and others to invest their efforts in regions and causes that need their hands and heads and hearts.
This is a call to the very brave, to the ones who are ready to commit themselves for two years to transform the lives of children and communities through working fulltime with your head, hands and heart.
Minimum Qualification – Graduate
Stipend – Rs 15,000 per month

The application form for Teach For North East is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your interest in the work. You may write it in any format you choose that bests suits you to communicate why this program and your interest are the best fit for each other.
If we have further questions on your application, we will invite you for a phone interview to build on our understanding. It is a process to know a few more details before the final interview.
Once successful in your application and phone interview we will invite you for the Final Interview – This will be a day long experience of teaching, working in a team, immersing in the problem and interacting with one or more team members in a personal interview.
The Final Interview is a space for us to get to know you one level deeper, for you to understand the context of the work better through various experiences in the day and an opportunity for us to become lifelong friends in service of our work.
